FAQ

1. System Capabilities and Technical Specifications

INV systems support adjustable power settings ranging from 1W to 4kW for different cleaning applications and customer needs.

How precise is the laser cleaning process?

The laser provides micro-level precision, allowing for controlled removal without damaging underlying materials.

The recommended working distance is approximately 3 feet to ensure safety, with optimal beam focus and efficiency.

Yes, laser cleaning can modify surface roughness to enhance coating adhesion. By adjusting parameters like average power level, pulsing frequency, and scanning speed, the system can create an ideal surface profile for paint, coatings, or bonding applications.

2. Pre-Operation Requirements

Yes, a stable power supply within the specified voltage range is critical.

While the system can function in moderate humidity, it is recommended to avoid excessive moisture to prevent condensation-related issues inside the optical system.

Operation and Usage

The laser cleaning system includes adjustable focus and scanning parameters to accommodate uneven or complex surfaces.

The system can run continuously with proper cooling and ventilation. However, operators should follow recommended duty cycles, including intermittent operation with cooling periods to prevent overheating and ensure long-term performance.

Yes, certain materials may release fumes when cleaned. A fume extractor is highly recommended to ensure safe operation.

4. Safety and Compliance

Safety features include emergency stop mechanisms, interlocks to prevent accidental activation, and protective eyewear recommendations.

The chiller system must maintain a stable operating temperature between 20°C and 23°C. Regular monitoring of water levels and cooling efficiency is essential to prevent overheating.

5. Maintenance and Parts Replacement

  • Daily: Inspect optics and clean as necessary.

  • Biweekly: Replace coolant.

  • Monthly: Inspect power and optics alignment.

  • Every 15-20 days: Replace coolant to prevent contamination.

  • Biannual: Perform a complete system diagnostic and replace worn components as needed.
